Apprentice

To all the school leavers who dream of a career in hairdressing… don’t worry about not having any experience!

All we need you to have is a positive, happy attitude and a willingness to learn. With the support from the whole team, the right candidate will be able to successfully complete a work based apprenticeship called The Diploma for Hair professionals in Hairdressing.

You will aim to complete level 2 in 18 months with an option to move on to level 3 for a further 18 months. During your time with us you will learn how to be a team player and communicate with all work colleagues with respect. In return you will experience being valued, respected, looked after and encouraged to reach your goals.

Graduate Stylist

Having successfully completed your level 2 Diploma for Hair Professionals in Hairdressing, the next stage of your career will involve a four month period where you will hone your skills under the mentorship of seasoned professionals.

You will continue to learn how to manage your column and build repeat visits from clients where by you will be paving the way to a successful career in hairdressing. Graduates have the potential with dedication and hard work to advance to more senior levels.

Stylists

We look for like minded stylists to join our team, those who share the same values and mindfulness as us.

You must be self motivated and positive and offer exceptional customer service. You will be required to hold a Diploma for Professionals in Hairdressing or NVQ equivalent. Ideally you will have at least 5 years experience and show willing to improve in any areas that need strengthening. You will receive regular performance meetings and on going training.

We expect our future stylists to follow all the systems we have in place to help YOU build a successful column. Additionally contributing to mentoring our younger team members not only keeps them on track but also helps to build a strong team and creates a work place for all to grow in.
